The vision of the Friends of the Cheat's, Cheat River Water Trail Committee, is to establish recreational water trails for non-motorized boaters in the Cheat River Watershed.  What is a Water Trail?  In short, a water trail is a trail for boats.  It is a network of access points, resting places and attractions for users of human powered craft on lakes and rivers.
