American Mountain Theater West Virginia's own "Branson Style" family music, comedy, and variety show, will be performing at Canaan Valley Resort this winter season. This outstanding cast (featuring three RCA recording artists) will treat audiences to family entertainment that will keep your toes tapping, hands clapping and laughter ringing throughout the show. Winter Celtic and Super Bowl Weekend. Jan 30, 2009 - Feb 1, 2009
The Celtic celebration will feature Celtic music at 4 pm Friday and Saturday. Celtic music with its residual Irish and Scottish influence is now being performed increasingly in our area of the Appalachian Mountains. Appearing at the Winter Celtic festival will be Pete Tenney and Blain Stevens playing traditional Irish and Scottish music on fiddle, guitar, mandolin and vocals. There is no cover charge for any of the performances. Late Friday and Saturday entertainment 8pm until 12 am will be the unique variety and rhythm and blues by James Michel Woodyard.
